Letter from the Dean
On May 18, I assumed the permanent deanship of the College of Technology, bringing to an end my interim position. To be perfectly honest, I did not know quite what to expect when I assumed the interim deanship of the College of Technology. What I experienced, and continue to experience, constitutes the high point of my administrative academic career. I recognized the strengths, the potential of the college, and the broad scope of its academic programs. I am totally committed to its mission. I am grateful that I will continue to have the opportunity to work with the alumni, faculty, and staff to build a college that will optimally enhance the careers of our students and will be a source of pride for both the university and alumni. Many exciting projects and initiatives are underway that I would like to see come to fruition. more
