Orientation Sessions
UH students who wish to volunteer in the Cougars for Kids program need to contact one of the following hospitals and arrange to attend one of their regularly scheduled Orientation Sessions listed below.

TB Screen required. For consideration, CFK Volunteers may consider acquiring the screen at UH Health Center ($6).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Cougars for Kids UH Volunteer Application. and UH Release and Indemnification Agreement forms must be completed before attending an orientation session. Complete and submit the Volunteer Application form online. Print, complete, and sign the UH Release and Indemnification Agreement form and either (a) return it to Dr. Jerry Evans in Room 330, Technology (T2) Building or (b) fax the form to 713-426-6417.
