This course provides students with the promotional strategies unique to the fashion industry including the techniques of
writing a fashion press release, creative fashion ads, publicity tools, and new product innovation that utilize persuasion
tools to increase retail sales. Emphasis is placed on techniques used at the retail level and communication theory
fundamentals (IMC) that apply to all forms of fashion promotion communication.
