Training and Development, a dynamic and expanding field, is based on the idea that an organization's greatest potential for growth and productivity is its people. With rapidly changing technology, employment requirements are being modified daily. New employees must be trained and current employees must be retrained. This training consists of computer training, basic skills training, supervision, communication, and internal consulting. Training and Development specialists execute needs analysis, utilize instructional strategies, write training manuals, facilitate group training, evaluate training programs, and conduct presentations.
