- Bureau of Labor Statistics - The Bureau of Labor Statistics meets the information needs of a rapidly changing U.S. and global economy by continuously improving its products and services, investing in its work force, and modernizing its business processes.
- Labor Market and Career Information (LMCI) - The Labor Market and Career information Department (LCMI) of the Texas Workforce Commission provides statistics and analyses of the dynamics of the Texas labor market and informational products designed to support informed and educational career decisions.
- Standardized Occupational Components for Research and Analysis of Trends in Employment System (SOCRATES) - software designed as a tool to assist local Texas planners in performing a regional labor market analysis. SOCRATES is useful for local workforce planning under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) to generate lists of Targeted Industries and Targeted Occupations.
