Tester node (TN) and NCAP under test (NUT) can communicate through any physical/data link layer protocol. |

Software Architecture |
|
TN initiates test case sequences and compares the expected messages with the actual ones received from the NUT. Transport protocols are UDP (for publication/subscription messages) and TCP (for client/server communications). |
