Esko, a global supplier of integrated solutions for packaging, sign and display finishing, commercial printing and professional publishing, is providing use of its software valued at $1.4 million to the Digital Media program. Monika Zarzycka, Instructional Assistant Professor, and Dr. Jerry Waite, Professor and Program Coordinator, the Digital Media Program were principal collaborators on the proposal.
"Esko's generosity makes possible our new specialization in packaging,” said Dr. Waite. “It is the third largest industry in the United States and one of the most dynamic and interesting parts of the printing industry."
