The EXMS in Human Resource Development is a unique experiential program that develops participants to lead learning and change from a global perspective. The program design enables graduates to leverage and transfer their experiences to their respective organizations and professional fields. As a direct application of their experiences, students will complete an action learning project relating to an existing organizational issue.
The Executive Master's in HRD at the University of Houston is designed for anyone responsible for learning and change regardless of academic or professional backgrounds. The program is also applicable to those who are expert consultants in their fields and offers opportunities to partner with employers on customizing programs for advanced training of executive change leaders.
This program is a 1-year experiential program that includes 12 courses. Courses will be delivered via e-learning and face-to-face mediums using advanced synchronous technology. During the last semester, students will complete a 1-week international assignment.
