A 10-week online program with "live" online weekly meetings. The program also involves 2 one-day Saturday sessions at the University of Houston (Orientation & Review).
Program Description
The ASTD Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP®) Campus Program prepares professionals to take ASTD's CPLP Certification Examination. The CPLP® course addresses the nine areas of expertise for the learning and performance improvement professional as defined by the ASTD Competency Model: designing learning, delivering training, improving human performance, measuring and evaluating learning, facilitating organizational change, managing the learning function, coaching, managing organizational knowledge, and career planning and talent management.
