Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assist in producing technical service proposals.
Assist in performing internal business management functions. 
Pro-actively manage the calendar including making appointments, liaising with clients, tracking expenses etc, ensuring that all entries are practical and avoid clashes with other appointments.
Gain an understanding of the services being offered by Turner and Townsend, Inc. and wider T&amp;T business and seek to effectively communicate with clients and external organizations.
Provide support as follows:
Document production, reports, presentations, letters etc, including copying and binding.  Support the financial management process in terms of checking costs incurred against budget. 
At various times conduct research using the internet and other reference points to support the business development process.
Edit and maintain databases, correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets.  
Prepare personal expense claim forms and prepare expense claim form for business expenses including, reconcile business expense form with credit card statement. 
Advise clients and outside organizations of availability and make calendar entries as appropriate.
Arrange domestic and international travel arrangements and conference calls.  
Take notes of meeting discussions and prepare draft “Minutes”  for review and approval, prior to distribution.  
Provide other support as necessary.
External communications:
Liaison requirements with other Clients, external organizations, consultants, professional associations etc.
To deal effectively and professionally with all callers / visitors to the premises.
Develop excellent working relationships with suppliers involved in the provision of services to the Company.
Represent the Company professionally at all times.
Working Hours:
You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week.
You will be required to provide coverage during the holidays / sickness of other members of the Admin team.</description>
