The program is conducted in eight one-day sessions 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It is divided in four modules. Each module is offered in two consecutive Fridays; skip one Friday and start the new module. For more information, check out the Program Outline.
Spring 2008 Schedule:
- Foundations and Needs Assessment - Module I Friday, September 12 & 19
- Design and Development - Module II Friday, October 3 & 10
- Evaluation - Module III Friday, October 24 & 31
- Delivery - Module IV Friday, November 7 & 14
- Accreditation Options:
- 1 CEU for every 10 classroom hours attended, for a maximum total of 4.8 CEUs, if attending all four modules.
- Certificate of Completion:

- Attend 48 seminar hours attended in the TCP
- Participate in all practice activities
- Certificate of Completion for each module
- Participants can take each module separately, without having to take the entire program. Example: UH Trainer Certificate Program / Certificate of Completion, Module 1: Foundations of Adult Learning and Needs Assessment.
- Certificate of Achievement:
- Attend 48 seminar hours attended in the TCP
- Participate in all practice activities
- Successful completion of case project
- Certificate of Achievement for any one module.
- Attend 12 seminar hours
- Participate in all practice activities
- Successful completion of case project for that module
- Example: Certificate of Achievement, Module 2: Designing and Developing Training.
